I'm a senior technical writer specializing in API documentation, docs-as-code, and Developer Experience. I currently work at Vertex, Inc., where I partner with engineering and product teams on documentation that helps developers understand and integrate with our products. I'm also a Community Manager at The Good Docs Project, an open-source community building templates and guidance for better open-source documentation.

Over the past several years, I've designed docs-as-code systems, built user guides, worked with OpenAPI specifications, and recently started building tools to improve documentation quality and streamline documentation workflows.

These days, I spend my time building developer tools, working with APIs and SDKs, and experimenting with AI-assisted development and documentation workflows.

Outside of tech, I'm a documentary and portrait photographer based in Cleveland, Ohio. My photography focuses on artists, performers, and community spaces, and my work has been exhibited locally, including a permanent installation in a local hospital.
