About

I'm a senior technical writer with experience across user and developer documentation, docs-as-code, and documentation automation. Over the past seven years, I've worked on everything from rebuilding user guides and creating new documentation to improving OpenAPI specifications and automating documentation workflows.

Lately, I've been getting curious about what happens on the other side of the documentation. I've been building developer tools, working with APIs and SDKs, and experimenting with AI-assisted development and documentation workflows. Building these systems has given me a better understanding of the technical decisions behind the products I document and a deeper appreciation for the developer experience.

Outside of tech, I'm a documentary and portrait photographer based in Cleveland, Ohio. My photography focuses on artists, performers, and community spaces, and my work has been exhibited locally, including a permanent installation in a local hospital.
